[u:31u31sou]Bradley, Bogaerts extend streaks; Red Sox roll[/u:31u31sou]BOSTON — Jackie Bradley Jr. and Xander Bogaerts extended their respective hitting streaks and Travis Shaw drove in three runs as the Boston Red Sox roughed up the Colorado Rockies 10-3 on Wednesday at Fenway Park.Bradley singled in the fourth inning to extend his career-high and major league-leading streak to 29 games, tying him with Johnny Damon for the fourth-longest in Red Sox history.He also had an RBI and is five games shy of tying Dom DiMaggio’s franchise-record 34-game stretch in 1949. [u:xiwzegtb]Blue Jays rally twice to beat Red Sox[/u:xiwzegtb]TORONTO — Devon Travis beat out an infield hit with two outs in the bottom of the ninth and the Toronto Blue Jays came back twice to defeat the Boston Red Sox 10-9 on Saturday afternoon.The Blue Jays tied the game on a single by Jose Bautista to cap a four-run eighth, then Boston’s David Ortiz hit his 13th homer of the season with one out in the top of the ninth against right-handed reliever Gavin Floyd (2-3), who finished the inning to get the win.Russell Martin, who also had a homer and a single, tied the game in the bottom of the ninth with a double, took third on a wild pitch and scored the winning run on the hit to third by Travis. He walked back to the first-base dugout, then took a look at Wright as if he was throwing an illegal pitch or perhaps using a Whiffle ball.Wright (5-4) had his knuckler working on a humid, overcast day, and his pitching helped lead the Boston Red Sox to a 7-2 win over the Baltimore Orioles in a matchup of the top teams in the American League East.It was the third straight complete game on the road for Wright, who struck out seven.
