With the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference meet on their home course next Saturday, the Rams are in good shape heading into the biggest meets of the fall."We train on one of the toughest courses in the state," Totman said. "That's a nice little advantage to have. ... The workouts we can put together, we can get (the team) ready for any race we're going to run."The Cony boys team got a boost recently from the return of Connor Dufour, who also plays soccer.
