Greyhounds 'flip out,' chew up Rebels

LISBON FALLS — The Lisbon girls' soccer team recorded three corner kicks in a 4-0 Mountain Valley Conference victory over Telstar on Wednesday.
That is the official total, but that is not taking into account the dangerous flip throws by Greyhound defenseman Gabby Ouellette.
“I told the girls in 30 years I have seen a lot of flip throws, but male or female, I have never seen anyone do it as well as she does,” said Telstar coach Bob Remington, whose Rebels will visit St. Dom’s on Saturday at 1 p.m. “They cover everything very well in the field, and I felt fortunate we came out of this down just 4-0.”
