Our Mission:

Our program is geared towards learning the skills and teaching fundamentals through increased practice times and in-game instructions.  We are not that concerned with winning basketball games or attending the National Tournament, and we are not concerned with ‘just playing.’  We are interested in developing individual skill-sets in a team environment that will help foster the understanding of the fundamental skills, individual roles within a team, and the importance of playing the game hard and to the fullest potential.

Our AAU season is scheduled from February 19th (tryouts) until the first week of May.  We have designed a schedule that will allow us to practice 2 nights per week and play games on the weekends.  We are trying to balance the required time for skill development with the possibility of basketball burnout.  There will be times when we have to adapt the schedule due to other gym use.  We will try to stay on schedule but want parents to understand and be as flexible as possible.

We are playing under the MBR brand and although our team name is MBR L/A our athletes are NOT required to be from Lewiston / Auburn..

A detailed schedule will be presented at the tryouts.
