Now this is a team we can handle. I like UMO at home by 17. Should be a good crowd, but who knows?

I'll say Maine wins. But hard to get excited at the moment. Last night will take a while to forget. Hopefully the team moves on more quickly than me!

UHN is ranked #13 in the nation and we should have beaten them! Our defense found themselves in the second half. Let's just hope the offense can catch on...get the kicking game down..

I am not a big football fan, but you would think that any competitive college football program at any level would have an adequate extra point and field goal game.

Good High School teams can kick extra points.

I don't necessarily blame the kicker because before any kicker can kick an extra point or field goal the following have to happen
1 Offensive Line has to hold
2. Snap has to be good..Blind Zebra posted twice that the snap was HIGH on the tying extra point attempt.
3. placement has to be good..can't be good on a high snap
4. Now the kick should be good..but in this situation the kicker had to rush

Remember Buffalo, WIDE RIGHT.

However, with a freshmen snapper, a second string holder, and a freshmen (scholarship kicker) you could almost see the handwriting on the wall on that tying attempt.

I agree with you bam until they get the extra point and field goal situation straightened out, then just go for 2 on conversions and go for it on field goals or PUNT to the coffin corner.

Can't keep losing games because Maine can't kick extra points or field goals.
