Cape Elizabeth enters the poll as they are out to a 4-0 start with victories over St. Dom’s, Gorham, Greely and Maranacook/Winthrop/Madison. They return to the ice next Saturday against Brunswick.

Old Town/Orono is also undefeated with a 3-0 start with victories over Messalonskee, the Kennebec RiverHawks (Waterville/Winslow) and John Bapst. They have a showdown with Hampden Academy on Saturday while facing Camden Hills on Wednesday in another key contest. They have Gardiner next Saturday.

Hampden Academy moves to No. 4 as they are 3-1 to start to the season. Their lone defeat came against Bangor while picking up wins over Brewer, Messalonskee and Camden Hills. In addition to their game against Old Town/Orono they have Lawrence/Skowhegan/MCI on Wednesday and John Bapst next Saturday.
