Unreal!

I cannot beleive they won, but yet again, they’re one heck of a team.

Congrats to Scarborough who I think will be the number one seed now. If TA can sneak out the number one seed, that would be insane.

Wow, I tip my cap to you. Great call. What a great playoff South A should be.

If it’s reibforces one point for me it’s this...never say never!

I didn’t beleive BE could be beaten, they got crushed. TA beats Scarborough, BE kills TA, Scarborough beats BE. Man, what a conference.

Not that great. I picked BE to win in th weekly picks but Storm have been really clicking since their loss to TA. Scots just have not been tested for a full game. I'm sure Cooper will use this as great motivation. Those will be some hard practices next week.

And that is why they play the game! Hope there is a replay of this one somewhere!

Scarborough snaps Bonny Eagle’s 18-game win streak, 35-14
The Red Storm score three second-half touchdowns to beat the defending Class A champs.

...“We had a little slip-up and I think everyone kind of forgot about us,” Johnson said. “Our kids wanted to come out and prove a point.”

The Red Storm scored five touchdowns, none shorter than 40 yards.

Zoltan Panyi completed only three passes, all for touchdowns, of 74 and 86 yards to Reece Lagerquist, and 40 yards to Jarett Flaker, who also broke free for a 77-yard touchdown run. Owen Garrard scored on a 40-yard run.

“When they have 70- and 80-yard touchdown plays, it’s going to be tough to win,” Bonny Eagle coach Kevin Cooper said. “Tonight we were outcoached and outplayed by a better squad.”

Bonny Eagle was hobbled when its leading rusher, Alex Sprague, left after the first series with a leg injury, and flanker Christian Napolitano left with a shoulder injury early in the second half. They were the Scots’ two best outside running threats.

This proves how little my opinion means. I forget this is high school ball. Injuries and maturity over the course of season have a big impact. Where team is at the end of season is most important. Good job Scarborough. Post season should be very good

Those injuries are huge for BE. They take two backs, pass catchers, and tough LB’s off the field. BE is not a deep team and losing those two hurts.

Sounds like Scarborough came out slingin’ it and it worked. Well done.
