I think this is awesome and big congrats to the talented young lady.

However, isnt it a bit young for colleges to be having any contact? Just wondering what the rule is?

My daughter was 13 when she started HS.

Again, nothing against the player just curious about the guidelines.

The player can contact the coaching staff, take unofficial visits, etc. School can't call her or family. An offer is just that. Great to have in hand but until she signs her NLI her senior year, nothing is official. Probably will get more offers. Ncaa site clearly defined recruitment dos and don't. Great subject

ChinaRider,

I agree, it does seem unusual for players to be offered so early. I guess it does speak to their talent level.
