Class c dad you are crazy to think that Richmond is the 5th best team in class c. After almost beating halldale at halldale on senior night last game of the year on a buzzer beater. Here's an unbiased top 5 class c south for you.

Top 5 class c south
1. Halldale- is a very talented team but is by no means an unbeatable team. After having many close game and falling to a limited dirigo team that is currently 11-6.
2. Richmond- was in a a drought throughout the middle to end of the season after losing three to ineligibleability. But has proved they're are a contender and very capable of beating halldale
3. waynflete- is a talented team but not playing any of the same teams as the majority of the teams in class c south, is difficult to rank them any higher.
4. Dirigo- the team has a had a lot of ups and downs but has shown they are capable of playing with anyone and is gonna be dangerous come tourney time.
5. Winthrop- after the loss to Madison and the close game between mt abram has dropped them down a few notches.

Fiction. Everyone can see for themselves.

Unbiased? Hey at least I admit I'm a homer. Let's be real. You're a Richmond homer. And to drop Winthrop down for losing games or close wins is a bit ridiculous. Richmond beat a Monmouth team that's not making the playoffs by 2 in a game Monmouth had 4 chances in the closing seconds to win. So let's be honest here. Winthrop is deeper and more talented than Richmond. As is Waynflete and possibly dirigo.

Agree with you Mr Kennedy about the clock on the final play, but there was a major problem when the clock didn’t run for 10-11 seconds with 38 seconds remaining in the game. Not a good look for the home team and the home team clock operator. Couldn’t tell from the video, was this even talked about by the clock operator and the officials? No way to tell if that would have changed the outcome though. Great game between two good teams, just hate to see controversy take away from the game.

I agree, but at that point HD was ahead, so that would have worked in richmonds favor.

Take another look, when clock doesn’t start, Hall Dale just missed a foul shot and was down by 2, then scores during the non running time to tie the game.

I just looked at it. You are correct. Clock does not start after free throw is missed. Stays at 38 seconds. I want to point out that Rob K is correct in describing our time as official. We have a device called a Scorebot produced by Sportzcast. We are able to take the data directly from the scoreboard panel and input it into our graphics package. So, it is clear that the clock did not start at 38 seconds left. I also reference the fact that Coach Houdlette is trying to call attention to the clock issue during my play by play.

I apologize. I was wrong. And even as a HD homer, I will agree that the score keeping was bad. Really bad.

Also, at the 6:32 mark of the 3rd quarter, the clock did not run for 11 seconds and was never corrected.
