At Jonesport-Beals,and most if not all Downeast schools, it has always been strictly regular season and play-off games. Any other way should come with a big asterisk.

Most wins at Olde Boston Garden: It appears the late 50's and 60's produced most games. Not sure if he was coaching that early, but Reed from Bangor most wins. My history tells me the coach was at Stearns, Bangor or Bath most likely.

EE: You are in the right era.

1955 2 and 1959 2 Red Barry, Bangor 4
1963 George Wentworth, Stearns 3

Roger Reed did not start coaching at Bangor until mid 80's.

Old Boston Garden New England Schoolboy Tournament ended in March 1963.

hoops24: Thanks for the correction. My mistake about 1963 being the last year the New Englands were held in the Garden.

So 1964 must have been the last year of the Boston Garden New Englands.

Stearns won the 5 state New Englands in 1963 beating Morse of Bath who had beaten Stearns in the 63 Maine state final.

Correction:
Stearns beat Cheverus in the 64 state final 69-59, as again both Maine teams went onto the 2nd 5 state New England Schoolboy Tournament that year

Corrections made thanks to hoops24..
