2019 Rankings Begin in Maine top 5 ...

...Finally, we'll rank fewer players in the class of 2019 than we did the class of 2018 as they are now only halfway through their high school careers and still have so much left to prove.

Without further ado, Maine's 2019 class is led by a big man who is new to the state, and was flying low under the radar in Massachusetts...

1 Wildens Leveque 2019 6'9" Gould Academy
2 Matthew Fleming 2019 6'5" Bangor HS
3 Ben Onek 2019 6'4" Deering HS
4 Cooper Wirkala 2019 6'6" Oceanside HS

I'm still in prime soccer mode but let me throw out some new player names for class of 2019 that may not currently be on the scout radars because most of these lids are three sport athletes and aren't playing full time on the AAU circuit. These players could open some eyes this winter

Ashtyn Abbott - Hall Dale 6-2 Forward
Alec Byron - Hall Dale 6-2 Guard
Marcus Christopher - Skowhegan 6'4 Forward
Jack Jowett - Erskine 6-1 Forward
Cam Wood - Winthrop 6'7 Center
Mitch Root - Maranacook 5-9 Guard
Damian Vance - Bangor 5-9 Guard
Jacob Blanchard - Mt Valley 5-10 Guard
Jack Lombardo - Oceanside 5-10 Guard
