If you're referring to Matthew Fleming, I have heard many opinions on it. If anything, I heard that the transfer would happen next year. We shall see, but I would lean strongly to no, as of now at least.

I have heard recently that Matthew Fleming and family will be moving north to the Bangor area. I am quite certain this is true, but I don't know where they will be settling as of now.

I assume it will be either Hermon or Hampden. If Hermon gets Fleming, they might be the best team in Maine. If Hampden does, they will be a big challenger in A. Bangor is not very good, but Fleming would certainly help.

My son plays at Hermon and Matt has not been around at all. The word around is he will be playing in Bangor with Coach Parker. I would assume so he can still play mostly in Southern Maine in AA

I don't think this move is motivated by any more than the Flemings wanting to be close to their oldest boy Andrew, who plays at UMO. I did figure they might settle in Hermon or Hampden though, but obviously, playing for Coach Parker is a great opportunity for Matt. He could help bring Bangor back to relevance these next two seasons.

Man, does this hurt the Oxford Hills squad or what though...OUCH!

Yes sir, I agree. That's what is being said, so the family can be closer to U Maine. Best of Luck to all of them, a great showing of Family support
