Thinking that baseball and softball fields in the northeast need to be turf. Southern schools have turf to avoid rain outs. Maine needs to consider turf for softball. Smaller field than baseball so cost wouldn't be as much. More teams (out of conference) might come north if they were guaranteed games. Dartmouth softball has a pretty nice stadium with a complete turf field. Seems like every facility at UMO needs an upgrade.
