Maine women need to imrove 3 point shooting vs.

Postby bcbc55 » Wed Dec 27, 2017 10:48 pm

After going 9 for 63 for a lowly 14.3% from beyond the arc in their last two games against top ranked Mississipii State and Duke when they travel to Chestnut Hill to face Boston College they will hav eto improve their long distance shooting if they are to get the win over the Eagles. Maine is shooting 30.8% from 3 point land and have taken 43.8% if their FGA's as 3's which includes the 2 non conference nnon D-1 teams which pads their 3 point percentages.

Maine is 4-6 (don't count non D-1 wins in realtimerpi.com team RPI Rankings) and ranked 67th in the realtimerpi.com team RPI rankings, along with the SOS (Strength of Schedule) 13th toughest schedule in the country.

Meanwhile BC is ranked 164 at 5-7 playing out of the tough 2nd Atlantic Coast ranked conference in the country to Maine's America L'east's conference is ranked 25th of the 32 conferences.

GAME WILL PROBABLY BE DECIDED ON HOW WELL OR HOW POOR MAINE SHOOTS THE THREE IF THEY CONTINUE THEIR OVER USE OF THE 3 IN THEIR OFFENSIVE ATTACK

55: You do have an obsession with the 3-point shot.
