For your delusional reading as some of wait to get the power back on. No classes for the second day in a row, dorms evacuated overnight yesterday.

Massey ratings, were #31 ahead of UNH, yeeha. Would think a win this w/e would get us closer to the top 24 ;)

I still feel sour about that UNH loss. Maine is a superior team to UNH this year (and they were on that day minus the kicking game). Those ratings just make me feel worse.

Hoping we can end the season 3-0 and possibly smash New Hampshire in a playoff rematch.

This week... Maine 34, Delaware 14.

I don't think Maine and New Hampshire both get in, even if they both win out, which would include a 'Cat signature win over Elon.

One thing we've learned....UNH always gets in.

If 48 points are scored in this game with these two stout defenses, I'll buy your beers after the game.

Just to compare Maine and New Hampshire if they both win out:

UM WINS:
Bryant
Rhode Island
@ Albany
William & Mary
vs. Delaware
vs. Massachusetts
Stony Brook

UM LOSSES:
@ New Hampshire
@ James Madison
@ Villanova

UNH WINS:
Maine
vs. Georgia Southern
Rhode Island
Bryant
Towson
@ William & Mary
Elon
@ Albany

UNH LOSSES:
@ Holy Cross
@ Stony Brook
@ James Madison

Resume alone, the Cats get in. What really helps them is the win over Elon. If they drop that, and Maine still wins out, I think Maine gets the bid with six straight and a big win over Stony Brook to finish up. Fortunately for the Maine, winning out also mean she eliminating some teams they have to jump over anyways. Kill two birds with one stone, just keep winning.

It's simple for Maine....win out & they are in. Doesn't matter what UNH does.

It starts on Saturday when Maine can knock Delaware out of the running.

I agree, just keep winning and we are in. Unfortunately these last 3 will be tougher than the previous 3W's. ;)
Delaware will be tougher than any of the last 3 W's and a loss by either team will mean elimination of playoff chances. Need Fergie and offense to continue to improve and defense to keep playing like they have been.

PS- MJ, nice marketing of Portland to the Blue Hen fans, sounds like they travel pretty well.
