I am told that the complete schedule is in the final stages. Waiting on the powers that be to sign off on it . Should be released this week.
When I was at New Mexico St 2 years ago we were told that a return engagement was set for 2018. I haven't heard anything to the contrary, so I would expect that another trip to NMSU will be on my agenda for February.

Interesting schedule. Lubbock might have some interesting weather that early in February. A nice change of pace from playing the same old crappy teams down in Florida. Travel will definitely be a challenge for this team, but they might become more focused!

Pretty good schedule. Got my hotels for Lubbock and Las Cruces all locked in. This team will definitely be challenged in the non conference. I think the extensive travel will be a positive for the overall bonding of the team. Can't wait for February.

TA's Brogan Searle-Belanger sign NLI to play at Maine

Searle-Belanger, a 5-foot-9 pitcher/third baseman, will stay in state at the University of Maine, where he expects to play second or third base.

Searle-Belanger, the SMAA’s first-team third baseman as a sophomore and second-team choice last season, spent the summer playing travel ball with the Southern Maine River Rats.

“This (summer) it was more of a showcase kind of team,” Searle-Belanger said. “It gets you to tournaments where college coaches are there so it gets you more exposure.”

After one tournament, Searle-Belanger received an invitation to attend a baseball camp at Maine. An offer to join the Black Bears soon followed.

I would agree.

Not sure why Bam won't answer. I've asked him and TAL a couple times after Coach Debra was hired and radio silence.
