Looks like this game will replace the Florida St game.

"Interesting" that the official posting says NOTHING about the FSU game or the $$$ involved ??
http://goblackbears.cstv.com/sports/m-footbl/spec-rel/021609aaa.html (that URL thing is pretty challenging, ehhh bainsey ? :<) )

BUT, they sure know how to put some positive spin on an otherwise vanilla toast press release (at least the interns are getting some experience, since nobody else seems to be doing actual press releases of significant content or any other timely work on UMaine sports websites !!!; now maybe somebody can find some time to update the baseball bios beyond Last Season !).
I.E.,
" The Carrier Dome is one of the most exciting venues in all of college sports as it is home to Syracuse's football and basketball programs. " Must be measured against 100 other "venues" where they actually care about and have competitive football programs ? ...Guess it's better than saying the truth (Maine had to settle for a lousy team, after they got scr--d by FSU. Show me the Money !!!??).

P.S. - I assume this also means that Labor Day has also been moved to the weekend of Sept. 26th ?
P.P.S. - At least we saved our sports-oriented President from moving to Kansas ! Dorothy, ohh Dorothy ????

I think you care more that there are multiple threads about this than we do that you were sick.

This one was here first, it has more views, it has more responses, big deal... Nobody's saying one source is better than the other and I don't think anybody cares...

Please don’t take this the wrong way, but your pathetic cowardice in using ‘anonymous’ is possibly matched only by your chronic erectile dysfunction and inability to use a modern toilet.
