Socoby was horrible.

Bernal played 5 minutes.

McLemore had 25.

Owes with 15 off the bench.

Rogers played 40 minutes at PG and had 9 assists and 1 turnover.

McNally got off 3 shots (1-3).

Proctor had 26 and played all 45 minutes for UMBC.

Next: Hartford the cellar dwelling Hawks meets the 8th place Maine Black Bears. Could be the coming 8th place-9th pace America East Conference Play In Game.

Agreed.

Tell Socoby to pass the damn ball inside instead of chucking up 3's.

Such is the perception of a shooter...

Make 'em - everyone loves ya. Miss 'em - you're a bum.

The most overused phrase in sports has proven that it is, in fact, a double-edged sword:
"every night it's a different guy stepping up."

Unfortunately, that one (or two) guy(s) are forced to do ALL the work. That works in high school basketball, but not in college or the NBA.
"Brace yourself everyone. Here come the uneducated rants of fans that know what really happened but choose to revel in the obserdity" ~ ballerdad

Socoby's season stats:

FG % = 35.7% (87-244)
3-PT FG% = 28.7% (49-171)

The real puzzling stat is 70% of his shots are 3 pointers. This young man has too much talent to just be a 3 pt shooter....but unfortunately, he's probably the easiest player for opponents to defend....make him put the ball on the floor with his right hand. Why it's come to that is the biggest mystery with this team !?!?

Coaching staff needs to tell him to stop shooting three's go to the basket and create some offense. He's 1-17 the last two games on three point shots. Simple solution. Get rid off Ted. But wait till the end of the season so we don't get anybody upset.
