NATIONWIDE - Two former University of Maine Black Bears will suit up in different ways for Team USA next month.

Detroit Red Wings goaltender Jimmy Howard and former New York Islanders head coach Jack Capuano have joined Team USA for the International Ice Hockey Federation World Championships, kicking off May 5. Howard missed pieces of this past season due to injury, but showed brilliance in his time on the ice with a .210 goals-against average for the campaign.
