First of all, I hate this new message board crap.

Second of all, Nokomis picked up a hard-fought win today against Mt. Ararat.

Nokomis- 9
MTA- 7

Good stuff. :D

huge win for lincoln academy. its the 2nd undefeated team this week that they took down (maranacook on wednesday).
very disappointed in the sportsmanship of gardiner. the players as well as the coach could not keep their composure. yelling at the opposing fans and yelling at the opposing players when their focus should have been on the game at hand.
but lincoln played a very sound defensive game as well has getting some timely hits. having a freshman go 6 1/3 innings against a very talented gardiner team is amazing.

Morse 9
Mt. Blue 8
8 innings

Mt.Blue trailed 7-0 entering the bottom 7th and came all the way back to tie the game at 7 and force extra innings. Morse scores 2 in the top of the 8th to take a 9-7 lead. Cougars load the bases in the bottom of the 8th and only were able to plate 1 run and fall short. Another tough loss for this team.

Hampden over Edward Little tonight 3-2. Great pitchers dual between the two teams. Hats off to the EL players, they are certainly one of the best teams in the KVAC and good luck the rest of the season.

Hampden 3
Edward Lttle 2

Hampden did everything right in this game and with Brennan Perry throwing a nasty 6 inning toping 111 pitches and a curve that worked all night. Edward Little had 1 hit and 3 errors while hampden had 3 hiuts and one error. In the end Hampden played as they should every game. Leading to the fact Hampden can compete with any team out there
