Top Teams and pool winners
1. Oxford Hills
2. Masabesic
3. Camden Hills

Noah Lang vs Alex Fogarty at 145 ended up 4-0 Lang. Matt Pooler and Noah Hernandez looked good at 152 and 145. Zuka M from Oxford Hills beat a kid from Massabesic by dec @182, massabesic kid hit a lat drop that went out of bounds. Sanford 220 that has been practicing with Works looks strong and pinned all his kids. Good wrestling and lots of exhibitions were going on!

on the other side of the pool... Wainwright (Dirigo 145?) 4 wins w/ 4 pins, DeGroot (Dirigo 220) 4 wins w/ 2 pins & 2 tech falls, Jake Peavey (Erskine 285) looked strong. Good matches over all. Should be an interesting season and 195/220 will have good competition this year for Classes A&B.

Windjammers continue prep work in Oxford Hills tourney ( some photos)

...Camden Hills coach Patrick Kelly said Nikita Perevalov was voted "wrestler" of the meet for his squad. "His physical presence, cat-like speed and dominance on the mat made him an easy choice," the veteran coach said.
Wrestler of the meet for Camden Hills is decided by the Windjammer coaching staff.
Last week, Eric Andrews earned the honor.
